Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: Diamonds-USA Scholarship is for students from high schools and colleges all across the world. Current employees, agents, directors and officers of DUSA and its sister concerns and members of their immediate families- parents, spouses, siblings and children and also people residing at the same address will not be eligible to win.
Make a short video film minimum 60 seconds maximum 120 sec, theme should be: popping up the question, (tying the love knot), a surprising marriage proposal.
Upload it to YouTube and add the URL in the application.
A minimum of three participants is necessary to initiate the scholarship contest.
How to Enter:
participants are asked to submit their applications on

by 15th December of every year beginning on 1st January at 11:59 pm Eastern Time. By submitting an application, you fully and unconditionally accept and agree to DUSA’s application process which is final and binding. However, a student can apply only once a year.
Prizes: Winner 1 will receive a scholarship amount of $1,000.
Applicants agree to be bound by Official Rules and agree that in case any scholarship recipient fails to provide identity proof or provide the mandatory affidavit or fails to complete and provide any requested tax forms or submits incomplete forms (including IRS W-9 form), violates any official rules or does not meet eligibility criteria, the Scholarship money will be forfeited and the next in line with the second highest score will become the winner. Also sponsors are not responsible for losses, damages,injuries of any kind induced by the participation in the Scholarship program and acceptance and possession of scholarship prize. Sponsor does not hold any responsibility for any kind of typographical error in publishing the offer or in administering the scholarship program or in announcing the prize. Taxes are mandatory and will be cut from the prize money and are sole responsibility of the prize recipient. Tax forms 1099 will be issued to scholarship prize recipients.
Sponsor’s right to modify, suspend or terminate: DUSA has the power to use discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the scholarship program in case of any untoward event beyond the sponsor’s control.
General provisions: sponsors hold the right and power to disqualify any participant who is found tampering with application rules or process. He/she will also be disqualified in case of violating official rules, submitting fake or inaccurate information and acting in an unsportsmanlike manner.
