It gives me great pleasure to recommend Diamonds-USA to any one planning to purchase diamond jewellery.
The entire process has been totally flawless.
Having logged onto Diamonds-USA and selecting the diamond ring for my wife's 40th birthday was so easy (apart from the choice) following the order i was contacted by phone to confirm my order and take preliminary payment, payment was only taken 10 days after i received the goods. Two days later another call to advise the ring was being sent for casting, all the information is logged on the website to enable you to check the process of your order.
Tracking information is forwarded, to allow you to track the where about's of the item.
The ring arrived 4 weeks after ordering and was exactly as described and requested.
I have had the ring valued at three separate jewellers who all have quoted a value of three times that which I paid at Diamonds-USA.
