After doing all the research I could do before I purchased my wife's Diamond ring from Diamonds USA, I was still reluctant to do the purchase.
I believed that as long as I used my credit card I had some recourse.
When we received the ring in the mail we immediately took it to a reputable jeweler and had it appraised. Much to our surprise the $2500.00 that I had paid for the ring was appraised at $7000.00.
The money for the purchase was not taken out of my credit card for 10 days after I had received the ring, which gave us more than enough time to make a decision to keep it or send it back.
I would not hesitate to purchase another ring from Diamond USA in the future.
