at least verbal contact.

allayed my fears to the extent I invested a substantial amount of money
purchasing an engagement ring.
It arrived as promised prior to funds being taken from my credit card and I was delighted with my purchase (but more importantly so was my now fiancee!). This is also my first reference letter I have sent praising a company, despite being so gushing
it is genuine.
