Hi David,

Just a quick note re my recent purchase - firstly the standard of customer service I received from start to finish was second to none. You even pointed out a discrepancy in the earrings I had ordered and suggested suitable alternatives from your web site around the same cost.

You were easily contactable by phone and replied straight away by e-mail.

I was very sceptical about giving my credit card details over the net, however, as promised, you did not debit my account until I was happy with my purchase - you even sent me a cheque for the difference in cost from my original order!

Through out I found you to be totally professional and delivered exactly what you had promised. From original order to date of delivery was only about 10 days (I am in the UK) which was fantastic given the fact I changed the order and took 3 days to make up my mind!!!

Oh and I nearly forgot, the diamond earrings are absolutely beautiful, they are exactly as promised and my girlfriend has not taken them off since getting them!!

And in the words of Arnie "I'll be back"!! (Apparently it is a tennis bracelet for Xmas!!!).
