I have never before written a merchant to express my happiness with a purchase. However, there is always a first for everything.
Simply put, I was absolutely thrilled with the diamond I bought from you. I was also incredibly relieved and satisfied by the smoothness and honesty of the transaction.
I had concerns before I purchased, to say the least. I was concerned about the integrity of the grading process, about the advisability of purchasing a diamond site-unseen from an overseas dealer, and about the possibility of my money simply disappearing into cyberspace without recourse.
I was proven wrong - the diamond was shipped immediately and correctly, and the independent appraisal I obtained confirmed the accuracy of the EGL certificate to the very last detail. The price was very fair, and the purchase will allow me to make my girlfriend's female cousins all very jealous.
