I wanted to thank you for the diamond that I purchased on your website.
I looked at many different local stores and also checked out many different websites. When I came across your website using the yahoo search engine,your prices were better than any other place that I had previously checked. Therefore, I was skeptical about the purchase of the diamond. However, with the option of getting the diamond for 10 days before purchasing, I went ahead and gave it a try.
When I received the diamond, it was exactly what was promised on the website along with the EGL certificate and appraisal. I went ahead and got the diamond appraised locally from 2 different people and they both came out close to the appraisal sent by diamonds-usa. I also used the option of wire transfer instead of credit card during the 10 day period which saved me additional money.To top it off, the customer representative was very nice and cooperative and had good communication with me during the 10 day period. I would recommend anyone to purchase a diamond from this website.
