We spent months looking for the perfect engagement ring and when we stumbled across Diamons-USA we couldn't believe our luck!
We found their prices a lot cheaper than the high street prices, the website was easy to use and their range was fantastic.
We used the design your own ring option and chose exactly what we wanted. I emailed Daimond-USA for some information regarding the centre stone we had chosen. They were very prompt in replying and extremeley helpful with all our questions and concerns, and we were in regular contact before we placed our order.
As you can imagine we were extremely nervous about spending so much money on the internet but our minds were put at ease by the excellent customer services of Diamonds-USA.
We ordered a platinum band with 0.50 ct diamonds (clarity VS and colour F) and a 1.04 ct radiant cut centre stone (clarity VS and colour E).
Our order arrived days earlier than expected and the ring was absolutely stunning, much more than we hoped for!
The ring was well packed and included EGL certificate, invoice, insurance certificate, a personal letter and cleaning solution.
We haven't had the ring independently valued yet, but a family friend who has years of experience working in a jewellers has had a look at the ring and he agreed with the grading on the EGL certificate and he guessed the purchase price at a few thousand more than what we paid!! He said the cut and colour is stunning and of great quality.
I would recommend Diamond-USA to anyone, I am sure you will be very impressed with their customer service and even more so with their jewellery.
We will definitely be going back for the matching wedding rings - I cant wait to make the order!!!
