Prior to doing business with Diamonds-USA.com, I bought another diamond from a different retailer over ebay. The result was a very bad experience as the clarity of the diamond was badly misrepresented in the ad. Furthermore, I never recieved a full refund of my purchase price when I returned the fraudulent merchandise.
After this experience, I was hesitant to buy online again. I searched several retailers website. Eventually, I found Diamonds-USA.com.
My experience with Diamonds-USA has been nothing but pleasant. My order came sooner than expected, and the diamond and setting were both beautiful. The product was exactly as advertised, and full documentation (EGL certificate) came with it, which did not with my ebay purchase. Most of all, I got a great price that I could never find through a local retailer.
I am very satisfied and highly recommend Diamonds-USA.com.
