Hi,
we just wanted to let everyone know about the diamond engagement ring we recently purchased from Diamonds USA.
We live in the UK and found that trawling the Jewellery stores in this country could be a complete nightmare, not the romantic experience that you would hope, what we wanted in it's self was a challenge as nowhere had my fiance's specific requirements.
So one night we decided to look on the net to see what came up, Diamonds USA was our first stop, and last!! The customer care we received was excellent with follow up telephone calls and E-Mails and the price was excellent too. There was also no problems with payment or delivery, we ordered our ring on the Monday night and had received it by lunchtime on the Friday, I think even UK jewelers would have trouble getting it to us in such a time scale.
All that is left to say is Thankyou so very much for making our engagement special like it should be and to all the people from other countries don't be afraid of buying over the Internet especially from these guys!!
