Receive your purchase before you pay (not including PayPal and Google Checkout): using credit card authorization (the funds are only frozen in your account, not taken out of your account). The amount will be captured only 10 days after you receive your order. If you wish, pay by wire after you inspect it (and receive a 2% discount!)

Please be aware, your credit card must have available credit limit that is higher than the amount of your order or your credit card company will not approve your credit card for authorization. Sometimes the Credit Card issuer blocks the card for INTERNET transactions for large amounts as part of their security measures. In such a case please call your card issuer and ask to remove this restriction.

Please note: As part of our fraud protection, we ship Credit Card purchases only to the billing address (where you get your monthly statements).

"Verified by VISA" and "MASTERCARD SecureCode" users that insert their pin codes or authenticate themselves when placing their order may ship ANYWHERE THEY WISH!!

Either way, you can rest assured that your partner will not guess the content of the parcel, as there is no indication whatsoever of the contents on the parcel. We have many years of experience with shipping surprise gifts!

We use Express Mail Services, and we send you a tracking number prior to delivery so that you can track your parcel on its way to you.

We require your payment to clear at our bank before shipping your diamonds/jewelry (this usually takes a few hours within the USA and approximately three business days worldwide).

You may ship your order to any address you wish!

We will reserve your selection for you (take it off the web site). We will authorize your credit card for 5% of the purchase total with a minimum of us$150 and maximum of us$650. This will be used as your first payment. We will reserve your selection for 7 days. You must inform us by the end of these 7 days whether you would like to continue with your order, or else your down payment will become non-refundable.

1) Two to Five monthly payments by Credit Card or Wire Transfer. The monthly payments can be equal or flexible amounts. We do not charge interest or any other extra costs. You may use multiple credit cards.

2) Five % of purchase amount (with a maximum of us$650 and a minimum of us$150) is non refundable if order is cancelled for any reason during the payments time frame or within the 10 days inspection period and no other item is purchased instead from Diamonds-USA.

3) All Credit Card payments have a non- refundable 3% commission fee which we pay the Credit Card company. We swipe your card as a sale and not as an authorization.

4) Your diamond/jewelry will be sent after Diamonds-usa.com Inc receives the full payment for your order.

1. International Orders

Diamonds-USA.com is pleased to offer our international customers the opportunity to purchase the products presented on our web sites. International customers will be responsible for all tariffs, duties and restrictions imposed by their respective countries.

2. Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Diamonds-USA.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline you order for any valid reason.

We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. Should we be unable to verify the cardholder information, we may need to capture the funds (after receiving customer consent) within 24 hours and prior to shipping.
