I would like to thank you personally for all your efforts in getting the diamond ring to me before my requested date. The ring was a surprise for my wife for a specific date and I was able to keep to that date, thank you. The ring was of the highest quality and looked amazing. My wife was beside herself, she absolutely loved the ring!
I would also like to think your staff for all their assistance. They kept me updated throughout the purchase with either phone calls or emails. They were all most helpful when it came to asking questions about diamonds, rings and of course the order.
I would recommend using Diamonds USA to anyone, I have already started recommending your store to all my friends. Not only is the service excellent, your website has so much useful information for a first time ring buyer.
Lastly, I would just like to say that I have already placed an order for the matching ring from you. Thats how much we loved the first diamond ring!
