Credit Card Purchases

Diamonds-USA.com recommends making all on-line purchases with a credit card. Credit card companies will cover reimbursement for cases of fraud, theft, or stolen credit card numbers.

Credit Card Phone Purchases

Diamonds-USA.com recognizes that not all people are comfortable paying over the internet which is why we allow or customers to pay with their credit cards over the phone. Orders may be placed online or over the phone. If a customer wishes to place an order online and pay over the phone they must call within 24 hours or else diamond will go back into the system.

Credit Card Purchasing Information

Customers have the option to pay with multiple credit cards so long as all the credit cards are in the same name. An order will not ship until all of the credit cards are authorized and approved.

Please be aware, your credit card must have an available credit limit that is higher than the amount of your order or your credit card company will not approve your credit card for authorization. Occasionally a credit card issuer blocks the card for INTERNET use as part of their security measures in such a case please call your credit card issuer for removal of this blockage.

Credit Card Fraud Protection

As part of our fraud protection, we ship credit card purchases only to the billing address (where you get your monthly statements). The only exception to this policy if a purchase is made by either the "Verified By VISA" and "MASTERCARD Secure Code" systems.

"Verified By VISA" and "MASTERCARD Secure Code" users that insert their pin codes may ship ANYWHERE THEY WISH!! We will need to receive the funds within 24 hours of the authorization in such orders.

Occasionally we may require additional verification or information before accepting any order (such as your ID or your Credit Card faxed to us). In some cases we will have to capture the authorization within 24 hours.
