Whether you are purchasing a diamond ring, diamond engagement ring, or a pair of diamond earrings, Diamonds-USA.com values all it's customers and brings you top quality service and diamonds.

• Design your jewel by choosing the diamond(s) and settings and we will set and size it to your specifications.
• "Have It Your Way" with Diamonds-usa.com, we can mix any combination of metals or settings parts that are shown on our web site.

• Credit Card Payment - Your credit card is authorized when you place your order, and the funds captured only 10 days after you receive your order. This way you can receive your diamond/jewelry before you pay! You may always use one or more Credit Cards under the same card holder name.
• Wire Payment - pay with a bank transfer and receive a 2% discount on your purchase.
• A mix of CC & Wire Payments.
• Down Payment - Put a small credit card "Down Payment" to start your purchase. We will keep the diamond(s) on hold for you for one week (please read our Down Payment terms on the next page).
• "Lay Away" Plan - up to 5 monthly payments by wire transfer or by Credit Card (immediate charge) or a mix of wire and CC (please read our Lay Away Plan terms on the next page).
• PayPal Checkout - Pay for your purchase with your PayPal account. You will be taken to the Paypal website to conclude the payment. This way you do not have to provide us with your financial information. Please note :෥ only accept orders from verified buyers with confirmed shipping addresses. Your authorization will be captured before shipping your parcel, in accordance with PayPal policy.
• Google Checkout - Google and Diamonds-USA have joined forces to offer you an easy way to pay for your purchases via your Google account. You will be taken to the Google website to complete the payment. No need to provide any further financial information as long as you hold a valid Google Checkout account. Your authorization will be captured before shipping your parcel, in accordance with Google's policy.

If you paid by Credit Card (authorization), the authorization will fade away by itself. If the funds were captured prior to shipping we will Credit your card.

If you paid by a wire transfer you will be refunded with a wire transfer for the full paid amount minus US$25 bank transfer fees.

If you cancel your order before it was shipped but after the jewel was sent to the workshop and finished, you will be charged 50% of the settings price.

Diamonds-usa.com Inc. does guarantee every mounting to be manufactured to the highest standards of quality and all stones will be securely set. If your order does not meet these high standards of workmanship, your mounting will be remanufactured in the same design.

Diamonds-usa.com Inc. will take back any certified diamond bought from us (plan does not include the settings) for a full refund with the following conditions:

1) For your original certified diamond(s) purchase of up to us$4000, you should up grade to a diamond(s) of at least double the original diamond purchased amount.

2) For your original diamond(s) purchase of us$4001 or above, you should upgrade to a diamond at least 1.5 time or more of the original diamond purchased amount.

3) Refund of your original diamond will be for the net amount if paid by Credit Card (amount swiped -3%) or wire transfer (amount wired -US$25 bank wire transfer fees).

The diamond clarity-enhancement process should last forever, however care must be taken not to use a direct torch flame on the diamond when setting. In any case, we give a life time warranty for clarity enhanced diamonds we will repair the enhancement free of charge should any problems arise. Until today, we have yet to receive a single complaint about our C.E diamonds.
