Diamond Return Policy

If you paid by Credit Card Authorization (our delayed payment option) Credit Card authorization will fade away by itself. If the funds were captured prior to shipping we will place the credit back on your card.

If you paid by a wire transfer you will be refunded the full paid amount minus us$25 bank's fees. A wire transfer will be refunded by a wire transfer.

If you cancel your order before it was shipped but after the jewel was set and finished, you will be charged 50% of the settings price.

Diamonds-usa.com Inc. guarantees that every mounting is manufactured to the highest standards of quality and all stones will be securely set. If your order does not meet these high standards of workmanship, your mounting will be remanufactured in the same design.

No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee

To ensure your satisfaction with the diamond/jewelry you have purchased, Diamonds-USA.com Inc. offers you a ten-day money back guarantee period from the day you sign the parcel. We ship our certified diamonds with their internationally recognized gemological independent laboratory certificate or with our diamond certificate. Once you receive your purchase, you have the opportunity to examine and evaluate your selected diamond/jewelry for (10) ten days. If you decide to return your diamond/jewelry for any reason, contact us within the ten days and follow the procedure below:

Contact Diamonds-USA.com (via phone, e-mail or fax) and request a return code.

Return jewels as received UNWORN OR RESIZED OR MODIFIED and in their original condition as indicated by our records and their accompanying certificates.

Ship via Postal Service by registered mail only. We carry insurance for your parcels as long as you follow our instructions.
Please call or email us for instructions.

You will not be reimbursed for your returned order until it has been received and inspected by one of our Certified Gemologist-Appraisers at Diamonds-usa.com Inc.

Life Time Diamonds Upgrade Policy

For all diamond purchases made until July 26 2006 the Diamond Upgrade plan is valid for a period of three years from purchase date (the date parcel was signed for).

For all diamond(s) purchases made after the 27th of July 2006, the Diamond Upgrade plan is not limited by time and it becomes a Life Time plan.

Diamonds-USA.com Inc. will take back any certified diamond bought from us (plan does not include the settings) for a full refund with the following conditions:

  • For original certified diamond(s) purchases of up to US$4000, you must upgrade to a diamond(s) of at least double the original diamond purchased amount.
  • For original diamond(s) purchases of US$4001 or above, you must upgrade to a diamond at least 1.5 time or more of the original diamond purchased amount.
  • Refunds of the original diamond purchase will be for the net amount if paid by Credit Card (amount swiped -3%).

1. International Orders

Diamonds-USA.com is pleased to offer our international customers the opportunity to purchase the products presented on our web sites. International customers will be responsible for all tariffs, duties and restrictions imposed by their respective countries. The payment methods for internationals orders are credit card, or wire transfer.

2. Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Diamonds-USA.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline you order for any valid reason.

We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. In some orders we will need to capture the funds within 24 hours and prior to shipping.
